can you Dye armor?

I realy want to know cause i always thought that would be one thing that could make people different. I know in world of warcraft you cant dye armor and everyone run around with the same colors. If you know plz let me know

I am fairly certain that you cannot... but can't find any quotes about it, etc.

I have heard that there may be a slight amount of color customization when crafting an item though, depending on the materials that are used.
