EoF NDA Lifted

The NDA has been lifted and the official foums are now being flooded with info and screenshots.  Some of it sound really good and from all reports those that have played EQ1 will identify with the zones as they are practically similar in layout like Butcherblock, lesser/greater Faydark etc.

Head on over the the official forums and check out all the info, this expansion certainly is sounded like the best one yet.

the chessboard in BB is what I'm lookin forward to seeing. EQ1 was barely a week old when me and a buddy found that place and met another player that is now still a good friend. XP was great with a wiz and 2 clerics too hehe

Been playing since release, with the exception of the last couple of months as ive been away for work.  Will miss the EoF launch too dammit

Aww , that kinda sucks for you. I knew you'd been playing for awhile, just wasnt' sure if you were still at it. What server are you on now?

Oh and btw, I know Fae is comming out on the 14th, are pre-orders getting in early at all or everyone gets to jump in on the same day?

Im on Permafrost, main is Drexler.

I think everyone gets in on the same day, the expansion usually goes live the same time as a Live Update so i think that kinda activates it, especially for the ones who download it early as they should already have the files before it kicks off.

the patch will propably hit servers on 14th day, and anyone that has eof acivated on 14th can play the expnasion no matter if you preordered or not.
the game should be in stores at that day, but that also depends a bit on the store where you want to buy it.

the only advantage in preorders is that some stores give you better offers on preorders, and from soe the digital download preorder is $35.99 instead of $39.99 (but digital download does not include the other expansions).
