Looking for a large, serious GUILD to join

     I have not started playing yet bu,  will 12/24/06 starting off as a necromancer/fire and earth elamentist. I have alot o experience in guilds and have lead a few gouilds in othr games and take things seriously. But before that i use to be a more of a loner character ibeccause i never could take orders form people now i trry to be more understanding since i see how hard it is to for the guild leaders to have people to listen i had theesse problems before. But since then i have played more mmorpgs and realised that te higher level you get you need to team if yoyu plan on actually level up. As a leader of any team i do almost anything to maintain order and peace and a team and get the job done. I take will try to take charge over  situation that get hected. I  like to do a  lot of commanding.  But im am tired of nooblet immature players and groups and i am looking for a serious giuild. 

  I have alot of experience and focus a lot o stregnhth and doing damage but i also bring alot of strategies and tatics which have help me to win many wars. I can easily find a groups week spot week  spot and take them down quicky. I  have experience in clans, guilds, small and large groups, soloing, leadership, stratgy, and tactics. I have played multiple mmorpgs of te foloing

Runescape

World of Warcraft

Guz Online

Hero

Second life

And others.....

So plz reply with a guild tha can help me and the teamimage.

    well im in a guild called the Crimson Knights and its awsome are guild leader is nice and not commanding we hav a full guild hall, aswome cape, website and 70+ members so if your looking to join contact me in game at Tidus Flames or Titus xv oh and our guild owns in GvG battles and PvP..

    I'm in a guild called (OTV), Which has Maxed out members(100 I Believe) in the first guild and the second guild"(OOTV)", But out third guild TOV Is still recruiting and if you want an invite message me :P.

    We have a Ventrilo Server
    We have a Forum
    We Have 3 Separate Guildhalls
    We Have 3 Separate Caps (All base don the same Design of the Valkrie)
    We Have A lot of helpful Members, And I'm an Ex-OFficer Gone normal Member.

    In this guild we also have "Guild Storage" Characters which has its own dedicated guildwars account for the donations. :P

    Also in this guild "ALL" Members And officers are equal and no Officers Kick/Boot Without one of our leaders permission NAmed Trance or Devils Daughter. (There 2 different people)
