What did you do for New Years?

Well I hope everyone had a wonderful new year, I flew to Rio 4 days ago to enjoy the festival, I have done NYC but its lame compared to Rio. I have not been to sleep as of yet I am now at 51 hours of being awake and I am basically toasted right now, I need a bloody café or some crack. I need a bed for a few hours, so what did everyone do during New Years, did you have a blast, did you have fun, were you naughty or nice (I hope more naughty then nice, nice is boring). Bring it on down now.

    I spent time, had a prayer with my family before the clock hit 12. Just had family time. Looking forward towards a new year. I know I have a lot of things to accomplish.

    Some friends of ours had a board game night and hired in some babysitters to watch all of our kids which ran us about $2.00/hour. Well worth it and ALOT of fun! We played Taboo, Spoons, Chase the Ace, Catch Phrase and Urban Myth or something like that.

    Couldn't believe our little one stayed up till 1am!

    Sitting at home playing on the PC then at 11:30 went to watch TV (bbc1) to watch the fire works go off in London, i got to say i think this years fireworks where the best i have ever seen.



    Most of the time i go out to a party or some thing but was not feeling too good

    I went to a frat house and got drunk. Then I ran into a sobriety trap on the ride home and swerved off the road. I'm surprised a cop didn't chase me.

    I gave up smoking for my resolution. We shall see how long that lasts.

    I went to play poker at the casino and get wasted, for a drunk person I sure did well to lol left the tables up 1900+$ then came home got even more blitzed kicked my friends out n crashed. I always seem to have good luck on new years lots of awsome things have happend to me over the years ).

    I stayed at home with my wife and baby, we had a new years party that was pretty smashing if I do say so myself.  Also I went and saw the movie "Eragon" it was actually realy good.

    Good luck giving up smoking. I gave up 4 years ago after smoking for nearly 20. Breathe a lot easier and my money goes farther.



    If you were drink-driving, give it up too, if not at least for your own benefit, for the benefit of any pedestrian or fellow driver you may kill or injure doing it.

    sounds kinda boring with alcohol and drugs.  i mean the only interesting thing you did was watch fireworks.  im assuming that "hit the town" is part of the "got drunk more" part.

    even me boring ass life was more interesting than that.  and i slept through most of it, i was sick.

    Played Black & White 2 till around 3:30 A.M., then went to bed sad thinking about my ex so i brought the entire bottle of champagne i was drinking from...got drunk in bed.

    Pretty nice...lol.

    Spent the last week in a beach house with some friends... Spend midnight at home and then went to the bars where everyone was! Pretty much the best new year I ever had..



    Btw, I was the only one not to get drunk... I was feeling a bit sick..... Still was a heck of a night!

    A couple hundred dollars of fireworks in -20c wind.... and pictionary.  My wife and I decided to ditch the kids the night before to go out.... that way everyone wins!



    The good thing was, the wind took the fireworks down to the neighboors direction, so my place wasn't buring down, thats for sure!

    Movie marathon with a couple of friends. Not exactly thrilling to most of you I'm sure, but I enjoyed myself.
