Help with URLs

Hey everyone. I have a quick question about making urls. I know how to make them clickable, but how can I make it so that it dosen't say the website address, but instead something like click here.

1. Write some text, like click here!
2. Highlight that text.
3. Click the "Insert/Edit Link" button.
4. Enter http://www.google.com
5. Hey presto, it links to Google.
