MMORPG.com and Acclaim`s amazing speed

in 2Moons

i won the CB contest here on MMORPG.com(so no use denying that im in CB) so and all i was real happy untill i found out beta wasent starting yet.

now 3 days ago i got the email from MMORPG.com that they needed my account name to activate it. i replyed to the email as it told me to with my account name 3 days ago now. AND ITS STILL ON PENDING, dont contest winners get a little ahead of the regular invitees? because to KNOW i should be in, and playing right now for about a week already and not bieng able to, is worse then not knowing you should be playing and cant play because you dint get invited!

so hereby HURRY UP MAN!

    just can say ... same here .. and soo all the 198 others who won the contest. Or is anybody of the winner already in the CB ?

    if none reply it just shows they lost hope in the game because of the already ****ing support we get back from them.

    No, you don't get in earlier than regular invites. As I've said before, I was one of the 9Dragons beta key contest winners and I wasn't all set to log-in until weeks (maybe even a month) into the beta. Just relax and enjoy the time you have now before you dive headfirst into the game. Life's too short to get impatient over this sort of thing.

    No, you don't get in earlier than regular invites.     this post is not to  ask IF we do get in before the regular invites, is just that we SHOULD. else the word "you have WON a closed beta key to etc etc" shouldnt be win, then it should say "You will be invited to the closed beta 1 week before the open beta begins"

    its to show them they should change this system. because i already know we dont get in before the regular people.



    and i already got that second email that tells me to "activate" my 2moons account WICH I DID and its still pending so im starting to wonder why i had to reply within 24 hours if they dont put any effort in it themselves

    I didn't claim my prize here, but I'm in anyway from a regular invite from Acclaim I got about a week after the contest here.

    I'm an MMORPG.com contest winner, and I've just now found my account status has been made active. I'm downloading the install file as I type this post. I submitted my 2Moons registered user name 4 days ago. So, hang tight, you could be active within the next 24 hours!

    Yeh, ive been wondering why i havnt been download it yet.. i sent in my account name about 3 or 4 days ago.. so i should be able to download it soon i hope.

    i am in from the beginning....if you do not fancy games like this,then dont bother because it is free to play,we do not need any pricks there.

    Well I am going to go by how you replied here.

    First off, the email didn't come from mmorpg.com, it came from Acclaim and you have to send them your registered 2moons account name.

    Second, it didn't take them long to set up the account.

    On the bad side tho, once I got everything set up and I begin to log into the server it tells me my user id is incorrect.  On the CB forums for 2Moons, there are several others having this problem.

    for instance me, and we also believe that all who have this problem are from the MMORPG.com contest so our accounts are bugged/not activated completly

    I replied to the email with the requested information as soon as it arrived (about 6 days ago now) and am still waiting at pending status on my account there.  Pretty disappointing for a contest win, but it's the first time I've had this much trouble with any contest winnings on MMORPG.com.

    Worbat, do exactly what the email from acclaim tells you.

    "To have your account activated, please reply to this email with your registered 2Moons username."

    I had to talk with customer support to get it off pending status which worked after 3 days, I downloaded but becuase the password was setup in Nov I had changed it.  BIG NO NO still get the invalid id emailed customer support 3x about it and I get the standard we are forwarding your messge along been 3 days since I have heard anything.  Was looking forward to beta testing this game and after 9dragons I had very high hopes for this one but it doesnt look good so far for anyone trying to get into this one free or not.

    I replied to the email within hours of receiving it with my 2Moons account. Can't log in. I surfed the Acclaim forums looking for answers but it's the same everywhere... MANY people can't get in, receiving various responses when they try. There's been no feedback from Acclaim other than a thread asking for your account name and the message you get when you try logging in. I posted there as well and have yet to hear from anyone. Still can't log in either.



    Can't seem to connect to Acclaim.com to check their forums tonight... they go bankrupt or something?  :P

    Heh. No, not quite. Sometimes the forums seem to go down or come to a crawl. It's happened to me on a few occasions.

    My account is active now, it sometimes take awhile.. unfortunatly.. just gotta deal with it :( But the game is great so far. i got a lv 23 magician
