You know, I agree once again. PW server seemed less crowded, yet people were more chatty and helpful. Plus finding people that can communicate in comprehensible english on Acclaim server is rather hard (was for me at least, when I was playing).
I really miss the PW servers, the people were so much nicer. Now I play on the Acclaim ones and it's full of pethetic jerks that like to bully and KS on new/weaker players. What has become of this game?
I imagine there are asses on 9D, just as there are on any mmo, I mean you get all kinds of folks when dealing with mmo's. I've ran across a few. I even had a guy steal my first BE when I was medding, I've been ksed. But, oh well what can you do. Everyone experiences those problems. Maybe you guys had it much easier and nicer because it was only European players and all you guys could relate because you were from the same area or around that. Acclaim you get all kinds off people from all over not just one specific area. I like to consider myself a nice helpful guy. I try to help out anyone thats in need. There are lots of people that are like me and a lot that are not. That's just the life of an mmo...I really do hope to meet some of you folks in game maybe chat a bit.

I don't really agree with this statement. The server is more crowded, so you end up with many more competing for certains spawns for collection and quests. Nearly every occasion that I have entered into conversation with people has resulted in a positive experience. There are about 5 people I have run into on the server that were plain rude or tried to KS etc, but out of the hundreds I have seen and been around or grouped with, that is probably better than average for a mmorpg.

What server are you trying to get on? If it's the EU one from PW, it's gone. Try reading the posts.
If it's acclaim, it's because the server is currently down and thus you must wait until acclaim puts it back up.
It is working now but that is the message you will get when they have taken it offline.
Update: Acclaim has opened a EU server now. Called Bardo. Myself, along with several of my band members from PW, made accounts and were gonna play acclaim but the advertisements annoyed the hell out of me so I quit. In fact, we all quit.
To those PW members who know of the BoT band Unforgiven, you won't be seeing us on acclaim servers, nor the 13th Squad members. There are a couple high lvl RL warriors already botting their way to the top. Good luck catching them, they should be FD by the time your read this...only 5 days in.

at least the server is more friendly than Acclaim server
