Vanguard servers down?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
Hi all just wondering if anyone else is having problems getting in to the game. The launcher says all servers are up but when I get in it just stays at waiting for response from World server.

No signature, I don't have a pen

    servers are down for an emergency patch to fix some issue people have been having
