Crazy MMORPG Idea

I was thinking of a MMORPG, that sounds very interesting, but I'm sure with the Idiots and Kids who play these days, it would be a disaster. But still, Imagine, a Virtual World that has a "Physics System" similiar to Half Life 2. But, when it is first made, there is no leveling up, no skills you are just a human with limited abilities. Bassically, you have the ability to lift rocks, stones, mold them into bricks and the such, bassically (nearly) anything we were allowed to do in the stone age. There are NO towns, there are NO guards to protect you. You can build ANYTHING wherever you want to, you can kill ANYTHING that you want to. So when the game first comes out, it would be a bunch of people building houses, and structures, hunting and getting food, trying to survive. The GM's and developers of the game cannot do anything to the world once they release it, its up to the players to change the world from then on. About a year into the games release, there would be full fledge towns build by many people (bassically just like real life, except without the corruption there is now.) Now, there is the argument, that you would feel safe nowhere, people would be killing everyone in any place. Thats were the "hardcore" system comes in. When you die, your dead for good, In my eyes, there would not be a monthly subscription for this game, but you would pay 10-15$ to reserve the rights to one life in this world. When he/she dies, thats the end of that character, if you want to play more, thats another 10-15$ to cough up. Now you could say "well then you would just get mad and frustrated when you die". True, and you probably will die eventually. But thats also a reason for people to be scared to go out and kill, only hardcore players and rich idiots will be killing/getting killed. But people would make towns with Player character guards, who protect people of there faction (or anyone if they choose to.) So staying in town would keep safety (maybe). Or someone could just come up and kill you in town, at the risk of being killed by player character guards. Eventually the world would evolve, and this would also bring crazy and exciting (yet frustrating at times) wars and PVP, controversy and a great community. There would be NO npcs, except livestock and animals. And kids ussually like to play fantasy fun games, not a game like this, so you wouldent have many immature people playing this game. Its a great Idea, but im sure it'd never work, but still, what do you guys think.

That'd be hell on system requirements, the physics alone would be frying cards all across the globe, if it comes with advanced graphics as well...

However, interesting idea, and I personally would love to play it for a time. But I don't think you could ever convince a developer to do this.

Also, there is the problem of players who kill only when they can't be caught. I.E. Dropping rocks on top of other players heads from the top of a cliff. That's costing someone money because someone else decided his death would be funny.

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.

I'd try it.  To be honest though the corruption would be much more rampant than in real life.

Waiting for: the next MMO that lets me make this macro
    if hp < 30 then CastSpell("heal") SpellTargetUnit("player") else CastSpell("smite") end
