Last Chaos need some major help

My computer don't like the game's exe much as others have reported. There are some terrible glitches and de-fragging shows the data well scattered across the hard drive. Disconnects can be frequent and cheaters can DC you easily. The cheaters can go from lvl 1 to 40 in about a week very easily. This is a script kiddy paradise. The forum GM warn that going to a hack site can compromise your password but no other warning about cheating in the post. They may as well say "lets rock."
Well with the lag, poor drops slow leveling (now after most recent tweaks) and non-events new players are pretty much in trouble. My friend list of 25 has less than 2 on most days and about 20 quit playing. The first few levels are easy to get, then the harsh curve kicks in. Today, chat lag was at least 60 seconds from post to read time in game...you wake up dead very easy in the dungeons.
Sure the lucky ones who managed to get ahead before the most recent in game changes are satisfied but new players quit before they hit 30. Grind, grind, grind and poor quests. The mall is a great idea used to great success on other games but here the items are over priced and under powered.
The maps are tiny and the PVP aspect needs balanced. The guides for making a good character are sparse. I have to give the game a lower rating. Before anyone attacks me, realize that I have played massive hours here and also played almost a dozen MMORPG in 7 years so have an idea whats decent. The cheaters are amazingly high leveled and apparently immune from GM deletion. Bots are also in common use. GMs could easily examine accounts that shoot to very high levels with mass gold and items with a data check.
The way that red named PKrs escape to the non-PVP servers is annoying, let them face the music. I would give this game a 5 out of 10 based on graphics and design. It needs enonomy balancing and power nerfing. When my lvl 16 sorceror out hits my most lvl 30 knights there is something really wrong. Lets be honest, the game is not quite golden at this time.
