I've looked for dates too, if you look through the Korean version of Webzen's website it says the it will be released in 2007. I don't know if that's the beta or its full release.

i looked on the English site, it didn't say any dates for CB or OB... I'm hoping what you read means it's gonna be fully released in 2007

A full release would be nice, but it's probably not realistic.  I'm guessing it will be a CB
