Eudemons, Pleasent suprise.

So iv been bored the last few days and iv been game hopping, just the other night i decided id give Eudemons a try i was expecting to dislike it because it looked alot like conqurer and i didnt enjoy that one to much, but anyway.

I got into the game nice and easy and got to grips with how things work via some guides on the forums. I must say the game has some cool features, the whole pet system is pretty awesome actually, probably the best one iv seen in any game so far, i especially like how warriors can merge with there pets to become more powerful.

So let me break it down.

Gameplay - Its not grindy, im already level 31 with my warrior after 1 sitting and i havnt been bored of felt the any grind yet, infact im more into hatching new Eudemons and trying to get a super powered one. I like how the Eudemon rank system works and all Eudemons are different which is a neat feature, iv currently got 2 atkdef Eudemons one called Lazarik and the other named Lazarus.

Community - Not the greatest community but not the worst by far, im on the New York server and iv already made a bunch of friends (somthing i usually find takes a while in most games) the mentoring system is a great way to meet people, as its basically a high level guy/gal mentoring you which gives you bonus exp etc when they are on the same map as you.

The party system is great, especially with the XP skills, these are super skills that you can only use once your XP skill bar fills (its like every 5/10 mins) it then drains and you can pretty much one hit huge groups of mobs continuously for about 1.5 mins, this gives you huge exp. The advantage of a party is that you can all run around like crazy killing as many as you can and a window pops up that shows how much each player earnt for the party, then it all gets totalled together for a massive bonus. Good stuff.

Overall, im enjoying the game so far. I understand there are some PKing complaints later on in the game, but i was quite happy to have found this one. I will most probably play this for a few months now.

It has an item shop of sorts, its not exactly items though, its tokens that you buy to get items from a special shop in the game. Many people play the game without ever using them though mind, its mainly for the people who really get hardcore into it, i suppose that would be like paying a monthly fee for any p2p mmo, apart from you have the option with this one.

One thing that anoys me is how people seem to think that f2p games that have item shops arent really free, they seem to think that you HAVE to buy the items, iv only ever experienced that in 2 games i think. Sure the items do have bonuses, but nothing that makes the game unfair in any way.

The only thing iv found abit baffling about the game so far is how to get it from the 800x600 window to a full 1280x1024. Im sure there must be a way, i just havnt found it yet lol.
