Is this game still cool or is it not

I played this game back in the day, was just wondering how it is going now. Is it a ghost town yet like shadowbane?

I did the 14 day free trial not to long ago and was amazed at how may people were still playing.  I was expecting to type /marketplace and see no one, but there was a good 15 people plus a few buff bots on the server I was on.   Depending on the server there is usually about 500 people on during the evening.  I wouldn't exactly call it a ghost town but it still isn't a huge community.

DT has over 500 at peak times. The rest peak around 200 or 250, FF might get up to 300.

You'll only be alone below level 50, which isn't bad because leveling is so easy now. You'll get to 50 in no time. The towns are empty, but it's been like that ever since marketplace was introduced years ago. You'll almost also find people in marketplace and there's always people to talk to in the general chat.

If you enjoyed playing in the past, I'm sure you'll enjoy revisiting.

There is a 14 day free trial. Also if you choose to subscribe you can get your old characters back as long as you know your Zone name, server, and character name.
