Ugh, 2moons sucks
Im sorry but why has there been any hype for this game, its less fun than silkroad. People were all talking how fast paced it was and how much action it had, its actually putting me to sleep playing it. You just click the enemy and your guy does his action sequence for 30 seconds until something dies.
Anyways remind me never to look forward to a game.

it is the little things in this game that are making it enjoyable. Like the atribute points, leveling and buying skills, auto hp an mp pot slider. Right now I went into a cave, and it looks amazing ...

Don't think pvp based off the HP so Pots won't effect that aspect of the game .

Don't stop there...EQII, WOW, SWG, CoX, L2, EVE, Ryzom, D&DO,LOTRO etc fell prey to the hype machine too. Granted the majority of these are fine titles but not one has lived up to the hype.
Guarded optimism is you're best bet..

I like 2 moons, it is pretty fun and it has good dialog , way beyond some p2p games , and the entire interface is engaging . I really think this is a start for better f2p games and if people would support at least 1 f2p and show the industry it works, maybe we would have a lot chances to try more games ...

holy crap that laser whip thing is freakin badd ass. I just saw some one whipping a mob and hit a skill and the whip turned into like a lazser spear. See this is why I like new games , and this is just one of those things where you get to see some of the little innovations that bigger companies use later(use , i mean rip off hehe)

2moons sucks...but it's FREE.
Seriously, the advertising says it is for mature players - but the game is the same shit like every simple f2p mmorpg, the only thing what makes the game more mature (but only some words of swearing doesnt make a game mature, most players who swear a lot ingames are kids) are the stupid comments from some npc. Calling you a pussy when you cant catch a fish, using too many F**** words and you can write fuck in the chat. IS THIS A JOKE ?
Most of the adult gamers have already jobs and money and can pay monthly fees for mmorpgs, i really dont understand why this want to draw attention to more mature players. It has the same content like every simple mmorpg + that this game is not one of the better f2p games if you watch the graphics, content, quests, pvp possibilities, animations, lots of grind later on and more....This game is terrible for mature gamers. If you are really an adult, forget it and better spent 10-15 $ a month for quality games and not this pos.
And if you really dont want to spent a monthly fee for games, than play perfect world - that game has at least some decent quality and could be one of the best f2p games, but dont waste your time with 2moons.

It's an item shop game, what did you expect? All item shop games suck.
It doesnt matter much for many mature players if its an item shop or with monthly fees, but to advertise this for mature players is a freaking joke. Iam currently testing perfect world, its also an item shop game but has good graphics, interesting territorial pvp and more...at least quality for a f2p game and it is also for kids and not a ripp-off.

Think the joke is , people complaining about something that is free. That is the joke, and if you are going to say that it is the same old type of f2p game, then it is obvious you are stereotyping the genre and not actually playing it. I prefer cash shops over p2p because it lets more people who may be unfortunate enough to squeeze out a few bucks for a p2p game. Why should they, these people be left out and turned into a minority becuase you think a game sucks and all f2p games are crap , becuase you don't support the genre.
I'm glad acclaim is taking a step towards this market and glad that 2moons is a fun and cool game experience that took the time to bring some edge to the already cutesy f2p genre.
The more people support the f2p market the better the games will get, only your arrogance is holding this market back from what it could be .

It's not free, check the game list. It's listed as micropayments because it has an item shop.
Well, fact remains you can play for free if you wish to do so.
I wasn't really impressed either, although I have to admit I only played for a day or two.
it reminds me of Archlord and Guild Wars with a Lineage 2 pvp system (which I like) The graphics are unique in my opinion and the game art direction is tasteful and provocative . Think PW and 2moons are the top of the bunch.

I just spent 30-45 minutes playing the English Beta (2Moons is originally Korean, isn't it?) and I'm wondering why they even started on the English if the Korean version doesn't even work. Are they working on it synchronized apart from the translating? A few things I noticed:
Melee PvP/duels is pretty much about getting behind the opponent and hammering away with auto-attack unleashing the occasional hotbar skill, and since the controls and targeting both are nightmare-ish at this point, let's just say that the fights are...interesting. Graphics are okay, some nice armor can be acquired (Bagi Warrior really stands out). Although the game is still in beta, I really don't see this game going anywhere. Flop? Not necessarily, but I would much rather play Archlord as it has more appeal and atmosphere.
Maybe it is your pc that is sluggish. Game is as responsive as anything I've paid to play.
1. skills
a. You buy the skills and then use points to advance there leve
b. Instead of just having 1 skill line , example a sword skill line, you get 2 seperate lines which ad some variety to the
c. skill damage out put is aquired through the distrubution of the atr points you get for 4 different atr which are str/dex/health/mp
d. there are 2 seperate attack modes you can use
1a. A mode
aa. You can left mouse a target to auto atk and use the right mouse as a skill button during the atk process
2b B Mode
bb you can make as a traditional atk like every other mmo , double click and manual the hotbar.
e. When you level up your base atk you character will throw in an extra move during his normal atk process
As a beta tester these are the things I saw in the 1st 20 minutes of game play. I have no idea what half these people are talking about when it comes to some of the things they are saying ....
It also seems a lot of this negativity towards 2moons and Perfect world is steming from scared fanboys and girls seeing actually decent f2p games causing a disturbance in there "next game of p2p choice" Guess what, f2p will only get better and better
2moons has a great following and there are people enjoying the game for what it is, and the game is already has more people playing then Vanguard at launch day 1.

This game isnt the biggest and the hugest and the best looking game around. Though I still very much like it..why? I think the feel of the game..the little things that makes it nice. I happen to really like the graphics, and I think that the gameplay is quite fun. Some may find it to be a grinder and boring. Though I think it is a step forward for f2p games. The graphics are better than most f2p (if you have the graphics on highest settings that is). The combat is fun, and I hear later on it gets much better. I also read that dungeons are quite massive and fun. I really like the creatures and terrain. I think that if your looking for a new huge game...this probably isnt for you. Just because it has a cash shop doesnt mean its a bad game...if you think that....go try out "Perfect World". That game as probably aslmost if not as much content as WOW and any other p2p game..though it is free and uses a cash shop system. I very much support the f2p genre...even though many others do not... People play games to have fun, and fun is an opinionated thing. Some think playing the trumpet is fun, and others like baseball. Same things with games...people like different ones. You should not come in the message boards trashing a game just because its f2p with a cash shop. You can state your opinion, but please do not bash a game.

For me it's not the right game.... I am disappointed of 2moons but well, thats my opinion of the game ^^
