Wasn't 2moon F2P half-a-year ago , so why dose FIleplanet host open beta if the game is already released and F2P,and i remeber plying it once

I'm not sure exactly what you mean...the game IS free to play. You can download it on the main website or other places such as filefront. What do you mean exactly about fileplanet?
