HELP!

whenever i click play it starts to load but then it stops and when it finally loads for longer then 12 seconds it never stops please help

First let me make sure I understand you, Are you clicking on the play button on the website, or on the game launcher itself, Also do you have Windows XP or Vista?

You might try starting the game with the NDLauncher found in the 9dragon file in yur program files.

What kind of browser you use? Internet explorer or something else (firefox example). Because with firefox that not work. But if you tried the NDLauncher.exe too, it looks like you have some kind of other problem. Then try to reinstall the game.

What happen exactly, when you try to run the NDLuncher?

im not to much of a computer guy so if anyone could help me step by step and make sure i got it then that would be awesome... IM DEAD WITH COMPS

also whenever i go to gamershell i wait the 10 secs then i press the click here to start your download button then it freaking freezes when it says "download sever contacted. you download is starting" and g a y stuff like that

when i try to use the ND launcher the hourglass pops up by the mouse but then it goes away and then the load just stops
