Well i logged into Archlord this morning after not playing for a month or so and i figured id look around the newbie zones, well i couldnt belive the number of people playing and the amount of chat going on, its almost as packed as it was back in beta and im talking aobut both servers. I dunno whats up with the Archlord home page server status, because right now all the servers are on medium and i dont think it will be to long before they are both full and a third server will be needed.

It was fairly obvious that this would happen with it going free and all, but im just happy to see that FINALLY CM have actually done somthing right for this game. Now maybe there can be some real competiton in the sieges.

Happy gaming

Garrik

Good for us. Bad for them. They make little to no money now. Don't expect speedy fixes or expansions with that move. Time for cutbacks. Most likely they'll be developing a new game while keeping this one running to help build up a fanbase for their work.

I've never tried the game, but the movies looked cool.. they was cinematics so it doesn't help gameplay at all, but still looked cool.

[ Played ] 2Moons, Anarchy Online, City of Heroes, City of Villains, Dark Age of Camelot, Everquest, Everquest II, Guild Wars, HellGate: London, Lord of the Rings Online, Rappelz, RF Online, Shadowbane, Star Wars Galaxies, Sword of the New World, Tabula Rasa, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, World of Warcraft, Last Chaos

    [ Playing ] Everquest II

[ Waiting ] Aion, Age of Conan

Not entirely true, CM are making plenty of cash from LOTRO right now so there wont be much need for cutbacks, plus the Chantra shop is very popular indeed and 60+ it is very important. You still dont HAVE to buy Chantra but it does help quite abit whilst leveling.

It is even great to see that mmorpg.com is also advirtising the ArchLord f2p that will help a lot also. CodeMasters will be getting a total of 5 servers for ArchLord soon.
