Can't get beta key?

This is so wierd. I've had an account in the Gods and Heroes community for quiet a while now, but on the previous beta key give away and this current one - I am not able to claim it. Whats the problem? Is anyone else getting this? It says "Could not find account name in database" but I can log in the community just fine.

Im getting quiet frustrated now. Any suggestions?
