Great game comes back =D

Recently a great game (imo) shut down due to it being poorly run, that game was The Myth of Soma, it is one of my favorite mmorpgs of all time, mainly because i got really close in the community and it had a unique stat system that i have never seen since.

Good news (for me atleast) it has just been relaunched by some guys from the old team and its doing better than it has done for along time, especially since it is now Free to play as it should have been. They have also promised to up the content and thats somthing that hadnt happend for a while.

Here are some features:

RvR - Play as a human, or a devil character, they are in totally seperate maps and meet in one for the War Of the Worlds battle, whoever wins takes control of the whole WoTW map until the next battle. Even when the other race wins the map, the opposing race can go into the map via a portal and wreak some havoc. Both races have entirely different stat gaining systems which make it interesting.

Stat system - The stat system is great but really difficult to explain whithout you actually seeing it for yourselves. Its especially good for the humans, you have your regular strength, dexterity, intelligence, constitution and wisdom, each of these go up .1 at a time as you level and depending on what weapons you use depends on which one you gain the fastest, you also gain skill points in the same manner, as your skills increase you get better attack auras. I really like how you have to work in all areas to be truely great, it gives you a real sense of achievement.

Moral system - your name changes colour depending on what you do, if your a good guy you will eventually reach "angel" moral and have a deep blue name, but if your a pker you will change to devil moral and be outcast from town and you will have to rely on the few NPCS located in the graveyard to do your repairs, storage and for buying potions etc, of course for a higher price. The moral system works vice versa for the devil race, angel is bad and devil is good .

Crafting - In depth crafting system, you have to get the right combination to make an item and there are hundreds of different upgrades you can mix in for all different effects.

Isometric graphics - Nice smooth isometric graphics, not everyones cup of tea but they really are quite nice.

Importantly its a pretty well balanced game for race vs race, guild vs guild or just general pking which adds to the fun.
