I would recommend Star Wars Galaxies. The game features open PvP, so any part of the game can be the scene of a battle. Having said that, there are a bunch of PvP zones that you can go to where you can find people wanting to PvP. These zones also have content involved with them from being the home of quests that lead to new high-end weapons to stims and buffs.
There are also different ranks that can be obtained through PvP. Each time you kill someone, you gain GCW points. These points add up over the week and at the end of it, the points are added up and you gain rank points. Gain enough and you'll go up a rank. Each rank gives you new rewards, with the final 6 ranks also giving your character new abilities. However, you need to be actively PvPing and gaining these GCW points to keep the ranks and the abilities that come with them as these ranks have decay.
I am always intrested in completed war game, it's exciting, and help me throw all the sorrow away.
