Besides Guild Wars are there any MMORPG's out there with cut scenes and a story? And I don’t mean games with Fed Ex quests like Kill 10 Goblins, collect 20 stolen treasures. I'm talking about MMORPGS that have movies with voice actors and all. Kind of like an offline RPG. I notice the new age MMORPG's like WoW are taking out the story in online role playing games.
So does anyone have the info I need?

Final Fantasy XI, but it doesn't have any voice acting unfortunately.
City of Heroes/Villains has some cutscenes, but there's no voice acting with them. The characters just speak with the same chat bubbles as everyone else.

Is it like FF12 without the voice acting right? Or is it like i mentioned in my first post, Kill 10 of these or collect 20 of that? Can you give me some info Wiki doesnt help me much on this.

You obviously have not even look at older MMORPG.
I recommend FFXI online. For story and cutscene.
FFXI's story is probabbly the most enriched in term of story among any MMORPG you can find on the US market.
FFXI have 3 expansion and each expansion + the original story can last you over 20-50 hours of gameplayer to complete.
Cutscene wise, even mini-quest FFXI have some cutscenes ... no voice acting but the quests are NEVER, i mean NEVER the "kill XXX or farm XXX" If it is a quest, it have a purpose and npc require items for a good purposes.
Forexample such as the sleepga II chain quest...which it broken up into 3 advance quest first.
You will see 2 taru fortune teller will each give you a quest to advertise their fortune telling way. Eventually, the story will unfold into that those taru each have sercet admiration toward each other "one will tell you to burn something @ a dungeon as follow up" and the other will tell you "to get a hornpin to replace the one the other taru give him".
Eventually at the end of that quest will lead to an old woman who remember how her husband using a unopenable box to leave her the message how he loved her before he went to war. The male taru fortune teller will ask you to help open the box ....(the rest...you go play it)
The example above is ONLY a mini-quest. You will see how enrich FFXI's quests are if you play and the above quest have many cutscenes and story line alone. Story wise, the game itself follow its OWN story how the war began and left over to the re-awaken of shadowlord and the return of zilart and summoning of the twillight god of promthia. The story will STAY on its own track (@ 2nd expansion the new added story still talk about what left over at introduction of the game)
As you can see FFXI is very rich in story. Only the problem lies is.... you need alot time and effort to unfold the true story of FFXI.

Yeah but does COH/COV have a story? or is it Full of Fed Ex quests?
It's got quite a bit of lore. There are plenty of FedEx quests, just like in any MMO, but the game makes up for that with a bunch of contacts that each have their own storylines that will play themselves out as you go.
There are even entire zones that are story driven, like the newly revamped Faultline, and the Rikti War Zone, and older zones like Croatoa and Striga Isle, where advancing the story pays off. For example, in Striga, if you work your way through all of the contacts in the zone, learning more and more as you go, at the end you get a Task Force that takes you around and into a volcano base to prevent a giant mech from being unleashed.
They've got a 14-day trial out. I'd recommend giving it a try to see if it suits you.

I might give the 14-day trial a try but i dont like MMORPGS with FedEx quests it seems kind of half arsed for any MMORPG game to do this. Thanks for the info anyway.

I doubt there are Any MMOs without "Fed Ex" quests... I think FFXI has it as well.
LOTRO. The 'Chapter' epic storyline quests often have stylish cut-scenes with a narration from Gandalf. They're not very long, but well made, and they add just that little extra touch of role-playing detail to the storyline quests. Instanced quests are also usually accompanied by a Gandalf narration, a bit like how Turbine did it with DDO.
DDO doesnt have cut scenes but the quests are a lot more elaborate, they are never kill X of Y always: heres a mini plot now doing something like rescue all the prisoners before the guards find out. Actually I think you may really like DDO as it has a lot of multi part dungeons that have some really good stories - i cant say much without spoiling them lol.
LOTRO has some story quests but I found it to be a bit of a scam as they get very far apart and then you have to do 100 kill X of Y quests to squeeze another story quest.

Final Fantasy XI doesn't have voice acting, but it definitely has amazing cutscenes and great stories.
