fancy adorable real life MMO ?

Hi...I'm looking for a real life game based in fancy cartoonist or adorable background/characters (as I'm a huge fan of Harvest Moon series). I heard Second Life and SimOnline are but their visual 3D effect couldn't catch my eye even for a while. I couldn't find such virtual life game type which can also play PVP or online and it doesn't matter F2P or 2D/3D.

If someone knows, please, thanks in advance

I don't know if theres a huge market for one right now cuz theres this huge massively selling one right now called LIFE it takes place on earth, crazy stuff.
