F.E.A.R question

Hey guys, so i finaly played through FEAR, awesome game just awesome. Anyway im a bit confused about the story, first i thought you (the F.E.A.R operative that you play) and paxton fattle are both clones that include almas geenes. But then there was this flashback of Alma Wade having a baby (or was the baby Alma Wade ? ) and in that case who is that baby, you ? Anyway im kinda confused, i listened to those telephones but it just didnt make the story clear enough. So if someone can explain the whole situation to me i would be very gratefull, ty.

You are the baby. Wade says, "You will be like a god among men." Or something like that, and he's talking about you. You and Fettel are both "Prototypes".

You should check out all those laptop messages in the game as they help clarify the backstory. In particlar, listen to the last phone conversation at the very end of the game.

yeah i did it says that the first prototype was a complete succes, but then is alma youre mother O.o ?
