Elitest attitude leaving DAoC?

lately I have noticed a lot more PUG groups forming. Even guilds that formerly had there nose up in the air about who they would group with. This is on killi.  I have also noticed an increase in number of players on killi. Are the Eilitest tired of being alone or are they leaving and some of the friendlier people coming back as result?
