Video options (window mode)

This might be a stupid little detail, but I like to play in dual monitor mode without having to minimize the game when I want to go to my second screen.

TR doesn't offer me the option to work in window mode at a high resolution, I simply can't change the resolution when I uncheck the full screen option.

Anyone knows a solution to this? The game is good, I'm enjoying more and more...but I feel a bit imprisoned in the game in full screen.

Instead of unchecking - try using alt+enter that swaps you to windows mode and back.

So start in full screen at your desired resolution, then press alt key + enter key to swap to windows mode.

Someone on another forum told me he CAN change the resolution after unchecking full screen option.

 

(why can't they just make official forums...*sigh*)

Just want to update my own question, someone might have the same problem and since there are no official forums for the game he might look for an answer here   ;-)

It's possible to change the resolution value for windowed and fullscreen mode in the client.cfg file in your "Tabula Rasa" folder, it's a good workaround.

The magic lines are:

Client.Graphics.WindowedResolution = 1440x900

Client.Graphics.WindowedResolution.Height = 1440

Client.Graphics.WindowedResolution.Width = 900

 

Change it!
