hey ,  its from Dragon Ball Online,    think it goes open beta in Korea q2 2008, so if you not from Korea you wont be playing this game for 2-3 years =(

It is not Angel online.  Where did you first see the screen?

That doesn't look like Dragon Ball Online to me. It isn't stylized enough.

It is not Dragon Ball Online, unless it is taken from a very different part of the production arc from other screenshots. The UI and style are quite different.
