does it have full Voice-Over like EverQuest 2/Titan Quest?

like when you talk to npc they explain to us about quest and stuff with voice so we dont have to read.

    For me the voiceover (now even mostly lip-synch!) of EQ2 really spoilt me for good. Its a shame that no other MMO has it so far. :(

    Agreed.  It was the one thing that I really loved in EQ2.  Wish like hell more MMORPG developers would do it.  Say what you want about EQ2 but the NPC's seemed so much more real with those voiceovers.   Every MMO I have beta tested EVERYONE has brought up the need for more voiceovers.  No MMO has done it though.  Shame really.  It's one of the few things I miss from EQ2.
