How often does this site get updated lol? Still cant find my character on it

one my of my newer alts, Tassa, showed up 7 days after being created
could have been sooner - didnt check until today

I have the feeling it updates during service time or so, because many of my chars are not updated for several days.
if you say 7 days, that sounds a bit like the service intervall?
PS: I noticed that sometimes (but not always) I don't get a hit if I don't log into eq2players. *shrugs*
