Does anyone know of any Second Life forums, preferably ones with technical support sections? It's no use trying to contact the Linden staff and expect a reply within half a year unless you have a premium account, and there are SO many major bugs with this sim.
Here is my problem just in case anyone here knows how to fix it ^^
I have a problem with groups listed in my group page. Two groups appear to be invisible and are not listed on my "groups" page (therefore unable to activate or leave), but appear on the profile, however they still take up one of the 25 spaces allowed, and is displayed that I am in the group when I do a search for those groups in the search engine. Additionally, nothing happens when I asked the owners of the two groups to eject me and re-invite me. As well, the "notices" tab of the group info of those two groups are grayed out (all other groups have that tab). I cannot leave the groups as they are not displayed at all.

You can log into the site with your avatar name and password. When you do, there is a forum section on the left side. You'll find the tech support forum there.
That is where the Lindens look. I don't think they reply anymore though. But they will eventually see your post if others are responding to it as well and keep it bumped up.
But yes tech support is more or less non-existant. They outsourced phone support and that keeps going on the fritz too.
I can't access their forum because I did not give up my payment information. So far I have little trust in them so that's why I didn't fill in payment information. What I hate is that sometimes my tickets are closed for no reason, or are never assigned technicians to look at. There are so many fatal bugs in the sim the least they could do is devote more time to answering customer queries, instead of working on so called "updates" that never fix anything.
