computer trouble

Cant remember exactly when it started but i know for sure that it has not been happening this long. My display will go blank during 3D games and sometimes at start-up but i still get sound, although in a loop, and the screen is just black with no odd sound coming from the computer during blank out. I think it may be the video card and tried rolling back drivers, disabling motherboard features, turning off antialiasling, and changing virtual memory cache but I did not replace card with a new one as i dont have another. I had the card since 09/09/03 and bought it from cmicomputers.com.  I checked IRQs and no conflicts. On occasion i do get a bluescreen which does a memory dump and looked that code up on MS.com found that it could be caused by hardware failure. CPU is not running hot just btwn 120F and 130F during hard gaming but when im not gaming its either 112 or 118. I ran a memory test with the memTest86 for 2 hours and 4 pass and no errors or failures. Im running out of options and things to try any clues?
