Looking for a F2P.

I'm currently playing americas army, WoW, And guild wars. I'm growing bored. Over the past i've played more than a hundred free MMOs. My memory grows weary. I haven't touched a F2P MMO for a long time now. I need to know what game is worth playing again.
I don't feel like paying anymore for MMOS BTW
-Graphics....graphics don't matter that much, but no MUDs or text based MMOs
-A F2P where you're not too dependant on the item mall to make money(Cough MAPLE STORY. No gachapon= no money) and you don't have to be a premium member to actually LOG ON to the game(Knight online, silk road)
-An active playerbase, I don't want a dead community with only 200 people on at a time.
-i'm saying this again, I want a game where you're not dependant on buying items at the item mall to enjoy the F2P game. Like maple story, no Nexon cash to buy gachapon = no money. no premium on knight online = no play for you. The game can have a item mall but I don't want to be dependant and have to constantly buy from it to enjoy the game experience.
So yeah..mainly the "not too dependant on item malls" mainly

Over 100 F2P MMO's you tried? I can't help you out, not sure what you tried and then post things that you already should know if you tried that many. Maybe wait and see what pops up is my guess. Most F2P MMO are all ASIAN based and have few players in them that you could talk to. Silkroad was fun but that got boring quickly.
Edit: now you got me wanting to count all the F2P MMO's. I didn't even think there was over 100. *shrug*
I suggest Rappelz, get more information at http://rappelz.gpotato.com or check it out on MMORPG.com's game list. This game has great graphics, a very large community and is not too dependent on item malls
. And yes it's f2p with item mall. The PVP system is great and it's definitely one of the best micro-payment MMORPGs out there.
....I've played the main stream MMOS and the lesser known MMOS.Everyone and there mother seems to think WoW, And runescape are the only existing MMOS...... and if you read my post, I said I hadn't touched a free MMO in a long time. I don't feel like downloading 100+ MMOs and trying them out, only to find out they really sucked and delete it after an hour. Theres something called disk space, not everyone has 350 GB

Like Martial heroes, its impossible to level without buying potions from there item mall, or maple story, where its rigged because no gachapon = no money.Heh heh, reminds me, in maple story at one time I was harrased because I didn't buy NX items.

No one care what the size of your harddrive is, you can play every mmo existing on a 50gb hdd..
Just not simultaneously..
Mythos is a great F2P game. No item mall. Great community. I suggest you give Mythos a try. It's still in beta, but there are a bunch of threads where you can get a Mythos invite. Try it out, see what you think!

As I said, I haven't touched a free MMO for a long time, I still don't want to go through the trouble of waiting 30 minutes - 2 hours to download, then delete it after finding out the game is dead and it sucks. Just play along and suggest me some F2P please guys. Don't turn this simple F2P MMO request into a flame war for no reason.
I also would recommend Rappelz, it really is worth trying in my opinion.
I also liked 9 Dragons, but it got pretty boring pretty quickly... Yeah, unless you really love martial arts and stuff, it may not be worth trying.
If you enjoy race-based PvP and sci-fi, there's RF Online. Has slick graphics with a large community. Was originally a pay to play game in North America until they were forced make it P2P when the Korean version of the game went F2P. The PvP is awesome but sometimes the grind gets pretty boring. You can try it tho. If you're Bellato you can even ride big robots called MAUs and if you're an accretian ranger, you eventually get these huge siege guns that look cool.

If you enjoy martial arts PVP (since you tried martial heroes), the best martial arts MMORPG I've ever played would be 9Dragons. Big community, lots of role-playing, excellent martial-art-clan-based, individual and arena-based PvP. Lots of different items to make your character look cool. I got to Level 89 Golden Blossoms 3 coz i got addicted. Just truly an awesome kung fu game out there. Not dependent on item-mall although it does give an advantage. The PvP Asura server was great. Kudos to xhnozooa and EvilScribble for posting in here, gonna go try em out now. I remember playing 9D...Didn't like it. I'm going to go try out RF. Never played it, also going to try out rappelz, and i'm ALSO going to play Space cowboy online...ahh SCO...Good times... I will be taking no more suggestions, thread closed.

SCO is closed? Wtf? * turns head to rappelz* it's you and me buddy =(.
I'm pretty sure SCO North America shut down at the end of 2007 as per http://sco.gpotato.com/ There seems to be something wrong with RF Online website right now, they have not yet updated the downloads section, that fileplanet link is the old p2p trial version. Be patient and im sure the Play and Download button on the right panel will be fixed later. RF Online is Free to play.
SCO is dead but is back under the name Flysis, thats still in closed beta tho
im playing 9dragons and enjoy it so far (lvl 20)
