How?!

Ok, so I tried to make an account using the tutorial on the onrpg.com forums, but didn't get far until I hit a brick wall. I got as far as getting my verification email and clicking the link inside. I then copied and pasted the Japanese symbols into the fields and hit continue...and that's where it stopped for me.

I got a page that come up that looks somewhat like it could be a user agreement page, and there's a box to check underneath all the text. But no button to hit to continue the process. I'm stumped.

If there's anyone who could help me out with this problem, or better yet, help me make an account, it would be very much appreciated. I'd really love to kick this game around and see what it's like.
