     beta gets closer...

As much as I'm looking forward to Fallen Earth, there was nothing of note in that article. Oh, except we know FE runs on IBM Blades.

The whole article is about Icarus as a company. In fact, it seems FE is more of a side project.

" Icarus works with leading entertainment companies, intellectual property owners, and e-learning customers, serving as a comprehensive resource center for builders of 3D virtual worlds, massively multiplayer online games, and simulation projects."

So, beta is no closer than before. At least, there's no info on the beta or FE really at all in that article.

That I'll agree with. New servers means the game is being worked on, at the very least. So it is a good sign.

well one thing is for certain you don't spend money on IBM bladeservers if your game is vaporware. someone told me these servers can go over 100k easy.

Also, since "new hardware" has a short sell life and companies tend to not buy backbone hardware until the last possible moment, and thus get the most for their $$$, I think things are getting closer to rolling, indeed.

You don't buy servers unless you start needing them....

The Sceptics, yes they're special but we've need them to.. I guess.
And if they're put more effort MMORPG.com can create a 'Team Sceptic'
and send them to the Special Olympus.
