Alright so i've decided i would like to try another game so i edited this post. I would like something where you can pilot spacecrafts but you should have a character you can control too so you could land on planets and then it should be like HellGate London. I dont know if such a mmorpg exists but if it does i would play it.

every mmo is WoW combat, as boring as it is.

why would you not want to stray from such a ridiculously slow and repetitive combat system? thats the sole reason i quit that god forsaken game

right click monster - click the same combo of keys ive memorized from 50,000 uses - go downstairs to grab a drink - come back to computer and loot the mob. repeat 10,000 times to level.

    thats basically it, right?

and the answer to the post would be LOTRO

Not sure what you mean by combat.  EQ 2 would be a good choice if you mean PVE, DAOC might be good if you are looking for PVP.  Both have some RP servers/groups.  As mentioned, LotRO is another good PVE choice, with some nice looking worlds (though it seems overly populated with the same 6 animal types)
