unfair for the old gamers

After the last maintenance the game has become more easy. First you can get much more experience after you kill a monster; Second the number of monsters has been reduced, eg, there is quest where you must kill 200 monsters before and now just need killing 70 or less, meanwhile, the gamers can get more experience. It's really unfair for our old gamers, you can imagine how hard it is  for us to finish the quest. I hope you can give us something to compansate.Thank you!

Games is about having fun....who cares if someone else will get to max level faster then you did if you had fun doing it....:/

This sort of thing happens in many MMo's....quests change, spawns are altered.....I doubt you're going to be 'compensated' for it.

I care.  And obviously, the OP does.

Making it easier for the newcomers is okay, but you have to compensate those who already did it.

Or make it on a different server,  I don't care about other servers.  What happens on other servers isn't a concern of mine.

See, these games are based around the progression and the achievements.  Ruining the experience of anyone, is always a mistake.  Making it easier for the newcomers with nothing else, it is just like taking my shirt and giving it to other, leaving me in the cold.

This is however, a serious concern and issue.

It does ruins, in part, the gaming experience of peoples who already play a lot.  Peoples who may be more or less bored, now you slap them in the face...

This is a big reason why many MMOs lose long terms players.  Maybe it is better to lose them and gain the interest of newcomers (assuming you gain it), maybe it is on par, maybe it is more negative.  But you can't deny that it is, at it base, a negative action which "ruins" the game for some achievers.  Destroying someone achievements is never good.

EDIT: Not to forget that peoples which think like the OP but never play the game yet, why would they play it now?  The devs will smooth the XP curve again, and again, and again.  I will wait for the game to go latent and have nothing adds and changed in it anymore, assuming I have any interest in it...and then I will have an optimal progression.  I am an achiever, if they smooth the XP curve, I should wait, they will smooth it again...so you would interest peoples who are not achievers mostly... MMOs are designed, at their core, with levels and xp and all...to appeal to achievers.  Smoothing the XP curve appeal to non-achievers and repel the achievers...Been the tallest dwarf; it is still a dwarf.

EDIT2: I don't say you can't smooth the XP curve.  I say that the OP is legitimate in his request.  He already EARNS it.  Now, it is gone, poof.  I see a huge problem with that myself and althought I could be nice and accept it sporadically, it still hurt.  I understand these devs try to keep the players busy and the last thing they want to do is to "compensate" those who already have the most, but...if you are logical and find it a necessity to smooth the XP curve, making sure these old players are happy about this change is important.  You have to cheerish all your players, and here, they already play your game a LOT and earn it the hardest possible way, they deserve better.  :)

I definitely agree with ya, once I killed 180 monsters, which is quite a disaster!

If you find it isn't easy to finish a quest first, then anyone want to continue, so I think such kind of thought is ok.
