i Made this Video not to Glorify this game but to show how much potential this game caould of had if it were not going throught the trouble that it is atm. I am aware of the bugs and the issues this game has had and has but i thought i wouls do a little video anyway plus it is my first video so i needed something to try the Gamecam software with lol.
The quality is nat as good as i recorded it due to Youtube making the Screen larger thus reducing the Resolution i will work on fixing that in the Future, What looks like lags actually was not lag just the Auto movie maker function in Windows movie maker that cut and spliced the thing to fit it in, like i said in the future i will edit my own videos to eliminate this problem.
Well check it out i think the game is cool nonetheless but that is my opinion and my opinion only please dont come here flaming the game we all know that a lot of ppl hate it but there are some that do like it. Thanks and i hope you enjoy/not enjoy either way here it is.

Nice video, but the game is dodgy at best and to many people have been scammed, i foolishly got a lil red pip sqeek dragon a long time ago, i still have not forgotten all the broken promises, and i doubt others have.
Anyway this game is off to the law courts it might not exist soon with some luck.
The other day I saw a preview video for Warhammer. I was very disappointed. The animations were a bit jerky; (not terrible, but noticable), and the combat animations for the MOBs were not at all up to current standards (IE: the swings of the Mobs were all simultaneous as if I were watching a sychronized swimming competition), and were not at all what I had hoped for.
Now don't get me wrong, I am a big fan of Mythic, and loved DAoC. Indeed, I first came to DnL with the hope that it would be the DAoC system on a vast scale.
DnL exceeded my expectations in some areas, and was a complete disappointment in others; (at least for a pay to play game).
Yet even with all the 'issues' that have been presented on these forums, DnL looks better than the video I watched for Warhammer.
I am not sure just how many 'failures' the industry can absorb. I certainly feel that each game that fails diminishes those that remain, and inhibit companies from jumping into the MMO arena.
If not for the huge succes of WoW, we might be in the final phase of the genre.
I hope Warhammer and Conan are successes. I hate to see the failure of any game, especially if that game has elements that other games lack.
I hope that gamers will see the larger picture, and realize that it is the smaller games that often have the most innovative ideas.
As to Farlan: I know. It's been discussed here 'ad nauseum'.
I only hope that a world the size of Ganareth, (even the 'reduced' size of Ganareth), will be seen in the future.
I try everything that comes out. The open PvP of 'Conan' has an appeal. Yet all of Hyboria will take many expansions and many years. I am cynical enough to resent that calculated market strategy. I understand it, yet, (as a gamer). I deplore it.
I like the Warhammer Fantasy milieu; ( I am partial to Bretonnians myself), and though I prefer Warhammer 40K, I hope the video I saw was just an early 'alpha' version of the game. I will keep following it's progress.
DnL lacks content, stability, and players. If those issues could be corrected, it would be my game of choice.
Hpwever, with the legal decisions seeminly falling in M. Pourieux' direction, we will not likely see any of those issues resolved, and the game itself likely shut down.
Personally, I do not see that as a cause for celebration.
I wish they had their proprietary issues resolved in 2002. I wish they had waited to release until they were ready. I wish they had not tried to bluff and stonewall their way through the debacle. I wish it had not all come to a bad end.
But as the saying goes, "If wishes were horses, beggars would ride."
A cause for celebration though? Not for me.
Sigh, the potential was there,
If only things were that easy to do in life
Wait then I might not have a job
