I get as far as the Character select and all i get is Connecting? then nothing just sits there playing music?
Cant get on Website either.

Scheduled maintenance, all soe servers are down atm, but should be back up soon
oh ok my client says all servers are up lol will have to wait then.
Would you not think that they would do maintenance when they updated?

lol wish i could i only resubbed 3 days ago and so far i have been able to play for about 3 hours lol first i had to wait for patch then i get on last night play for 3 hours then it updates lol i go to work today all excited to play again and it is in Maintenance rrrrrr they have killed my Relax time lol i hope it is back up b4 i go to bed i need to ease my altered ego lol.

Yah think after 1 fricking year the launcher could at least tell us the truth about the servers... logging on and seeing " All servers are up" then proceeding to the rest of the logging in process only to be rejected once we get to character select is a bit ridiculous.
wtf r they doing...seriously when they put in the update earlier it didn't even take this long.
Wonder if the other SOE games are down also ? Someone said all SOE games were in a maintenance cycle.
It would have at least been nice to have a heads up that the servers were going to be down. I decided to take the day off work today to play, so clearly this is not what I had in mind. Oh well.

If it was scheduled why didn't they post that on the website? Would be nice for the players to get a copy of that schedule.

Not sure exact time, but it was down 2.5 hours ago when I got to my desk.

Then something is up with the patch I would guess. You don't have 6+ hours of scheduled maintanance that you don't bother to tell people your going to have.
Its not just vanguard, all SoE websites/games are down, they were scheduled to be down for maintenance until atleast 7am PST. Im hoping they open up soon tho.
ya hope they get up soon me and guildies are waiting for servers to come up so i can get my wife her SH...think we have 3 quest left wanted to suprise her but i only have 4 hours before she gets home

May I ask which website it was posted on? I did not see it on the Vanguard site yesterday. I may have missed it I suppose.
I don't see anything on vg players either
