The free trial need you to register the credit card be aware off that I never seen free trial needed credit card sound strange so guys if you don’t own or don’t want to register your credit card don’t download the game you won’t be able to play !

well, to be honnest, yes dont play neocron: we dont want chinese non paying players that spend days farming to make cash to sell on ebay.

Second good reason not to loose time to farm, we are not enough players for farmers to find any income in "solid 1000 US$"

Many free trials have you register your credit card, though more and more companies are steering away from it, or just going F2P in general. They do that so that they know you actually have one, and they can bill you if you don't cancel your account at the end of the free trial. It's basically up to you whether or not you feel comfortable with remembering to cancel your account if you don't wish to continue playing.

That is because you never try many free trial. This is not the first time, it was a common way to do it in the past, but it is been awhile since I seen a trial asking for credit card.

What is the problem with the credit card, register, download and cancel right after. You will be able to play until the end of the trial. The reason why they ask for a credit card, is to make sure that anyone who try the free trial is a potential buyers, not some 12 years old kidding who jumps from trial to trial or to avoid gold spammer to create hundreds of account to spam everyone in game.

I understand the problem with spammers and I may even agree in that way that you ask for credit card but why then push ppl to sigh contact?

Did you guys realize that on the sign up page (when you are making the account) they forward you to company that not only ask you for credit card but also state that you will be billed (I forgot the amount) after the trial so if they want to be honest ok ask for credit card but don’t bill guy if he forget to cancel that way I may consider to register the credit card ( I don’t like the sign the contract think )

Once the trial is over you can get message that remand you like : well you trial is over plz access our billing service to continue you game experience !

I like that much more that making you sign contract up front that YOU need to cancel !

It is a marketing way of doing. You have to remember to cancel or you will be charge. Many ppl forget about it and remember when they are charge.

Be more intelligent than them and do like I explain: Create account, give credit card and cancel right after, even before you start playing the game. If you like after the trial you can always reactivate your account and pay for it. This is not a big deal, just couple of more step. But I see you have to make a huge deal out of it and you seem very lazy to do those extra step. You do not want to do it, then move along and stop complaining about something that does more good than bad.

Most of farmers worldwide are not gamers, they are ruining the games.
Not my fault if some countries worldwide has real economy problems and playing games can make you earn more money than working in a real company.

There about 8 peeps online or so who are stupid enuf to actualy pay for it,

Neocron 1 was nice loadsa bugs but fun.

Now they put more bugs in that there where in nc1 closed beta and called it Neocron2.
