After play eve for a few months now, i still have many questions about the game. I kno there is no guide as good as making a friend in game who can show you the ropes. But after a while you get the kinda feel that your being annoying asking a million questions. Is there a good guide I can read about the aspects of this game from fighting to industry to anything else you need to know.

There is a compilation of guides, which are partially a bit outdated, but most things are accurate.

i am in the progress of writing a guide which will cover most of the things a new player can do, also attribute placement, suggested builds, fits etc.

This is a great guide that I used when I first started. While no one guide will ever be able to cover EVE, this goes a long way to getting new players started.
