Looking To Waste Some Time...

TecknicTecknic Member Posts: 458

Hello internets people.  I am here in search of a free-to-play time-waster of an MMO.  I would like to find something to keep me moderately occupied while my current evil, world conquest plot falls into place.  I have already tried a few titles, Maple Story, Sword of the New World, Gunbound & GunZ, and now I'd like some suggestions of other things to play.  Ideally ones with a minimum of annoying little kids running around begging for loot.

Thank you.

You could give Rappelz a try. In my opinion this is one of the best communitied f2p mmorpg. RAppelz is created by gpotato who already made flyff and other mmorpgs. Mabinogi is a great F2P game aswell. Many people expect it to be the best new f2p mmorpg of the year sou you might want to give mabinog a try aswell !

Manibingo or whatever it's called has the style of graphics common in kiddie games. Is it a game geared towards kids or towards adults? I think the same of Maplestory and Flyff.

MMORPG's w/ Max level characters: DAoC, SWG, & WoW

    Currently Playing: WAR
Preferred Playstyle: Roleplay/adventurous, in a sandbox game.

You might want to try Dungeon Runners or possibly Mythos when it goes open beta. Both have the same premise which is raiding instanced dungeons and both are free.

I'd recommend Flyff. Sure, it's a grind, but I really enjoyed playing when I was looking to waste some time too. I must say that I was quite disappointed with Rappelz. It seemed very different in the screenshots.
