Has the NDA been lifted on AOC, I cannot find one post about it being lifted?

The NDA has been lifted for Open Beta testers. It has also been lifted for closed beta tests UP TO level 13. Everything past level 13 in the closed beta is still under the NDA.
This is why we know the CB client runs so much better than the OB client.
Yeah, I was trying to figure out why I see post on MMORPG about people saying they are level 20 and Blah blah blah. I did not think it had been lifted totally as of yet. Maybe a BanHammer is Coming.
It will be interesting to see if that happens or not. It's so close to release I think(real shaky on this opinion) as far as Funcom is concerned with the CB testers they may let some things slide.
As for the game sites in general, no idea at all.
