LF playing Rappelz

Hi,

After I read about the game here it seems that it worth to try. but when I went to create an account to play the game I got a message telling that they don't support my region.

Is there a specific registration site for each region?

if not please help me to find a way to play it.

Actually what I'm looking for is to register in any Rapples English site I don't care if US or Euro, I don't live in neither.

 

I just want to have access to play the game. I even don't mined  if any payment is needed.

i want to play rappelz but in philippines server.

i know you guys are PROs when it comes to rappelz.

can you give me any idea on which i will choose? PVE or PVP?

which build is good?

 

i heard rappelz philippines is good and PVE server is a newly opened server.

i also heard that they are giving free items for new players and transfering players.
