Curious about grind

This game is made by NCSoft, so the lineage 2 grindfest comes to mind, and it is one of the things turning me away from being hyped up about this game.

 

I'm curious, is this game the grindfest type of korean grinder L2 is?  Or is it more of a western game where you can actually see progress when you play for a couple hours.

 

I'm not here to dog it if it is a grinder, I just want to know if I should pay more attention to it, or totally forget about it.

 

 

EDIT:  nvm I searched and it is not supposed to be the grindest l2 was.  I did not see a delete so i figured i'd put that i found the answer.
