A Typical post for Rappelz. *WARNING TO ALL*

ROFL, I have seen and commented on several Customer Services complaints. I have to LOL at the obvious stupidity of the reasons that they get locked.



Example of a typical Forum Post:

We have a problem with your Customer Service, we tried to give them all the information and I never got a response back. So emailed them back 3-4 times and they closed my ticket right away without doing anything?!??! What's going on!>?!?!



Forum Locked Typical Reason:

In before lock!



Issues such as this is best handled with customer service and not on the forum.

Now after reading this post throughly you will see the following:

A. We tried to take the issues up with Customer Service. In some instances several times.

B. Your Customer Services lacks customer relations.

C. Your Automated closing of Customer Support Tickets is bogus when you haven't even contacted the customer.



So since we have taken this to customer service, and had no progress, it is now your time to voice our concerns to customer service. Because it's obvious your Customer Service Reps either can't read english or are too bashful, shy, ashamed to actually contact a customer looking for a resolution to their problem.



As far as the person with the hacked account. After over 4-5 emails customer support closed the ticket without actually sending a reply other than the ticket number and notice that the case was closed.



So since I speak the truth and I am throwing the Gala-Net piss poor customer service flaws into the public eye this topic will get locked and probably deleted like some Watergate scandal, in hopes no new players see it.

I totally agree with the post. The game itself is "ok" at best. Other than that, stay away from it.
