The GM's are the worst GM's ever they never actually help you in the right way.
The expected the GMH (i used to b GMH) to do everything for them. and they was hardly on.
The game is not finished beiing made as which when they input a new patch they always bodge it up. and there is always problems with it most of time it causes major server lags (every member dies and lose 3% of exp as which lvl 80+ that it allot) also if u eva do get scammed it is basically tough cuz they dont have any security on the accounts.
The game is meant to last 3 yrs and it gets boring at lvl 110+ way to long to lvl and just boring in general. i played the game for a year and was a total waste of time. the Karma server is completely finished and the GM's r very good on that server. JUST DONT BOOTHER WITH THE PANDORA EU SERVER lol

I used to b a GMH so i know most things about the game 
My advise would be if you want to play on a good mmorpg game play on Shaiya or World Of Warcraft yes u might have to pay for wow but u get the best service ever
