I have a question.

Is it wrong to buy virtual currency?

I've always been a steadfast go by the rules sort of person, but these days time is money.  If i can't spend the time to make money in game, I can't play it.  Why not spend an hour out of game to save 10 hours in game ?

for all intents and purposes yes it supports farmers and bost and whatnot, but is it actually worth it ?

It is nice to have the option so if you get sick of powerleveling yourself and farming for a week straight you can just give in to that little itch....

There are ways around it or whatever, but it's the fact that if I wanted to drop a few bills to get whatever, then I don't have to wait...I just have to pay for it =P.

Dont waste your hard earned money buying e-money. Earn it how it is supposed to be earned, if you dont like it dont play.

in a F2P game buying money isn't advicesable to do, you'll only give the company offering farming services a courage, if you do, you only tell them  "please make our game a suckable game as you can", they will just make the game crash down
