few questions

oke so i thought i might try some new mmos out since the holidays started but i have a few questions before i want to download this..

1. which version should i get? theres two enlish versions (i think).. the malaysia and phillipines versions.. where are the most americans/europeans at?

2. are u gimped if u dont want to buy stuff out the item mall? what items do they offer that will give your  toon an advantage against non paying people? i dont want to start a game thinking "well what shall i buy first with my hardearned money "

3. if im right its open pvp after lvl 30... many pking going on? i hate it when it gets excessive, its only worse if the item mall gives big advantages so the nonpaying ppl only get their butts kicked

1. I used the malaysia on. Im in America and it workds fine.- pretty sure there's only 1 english-

3. Havent gotten to lvl 30 but people said you do get PK'd a lot. not excessivaly
