A quick question.

I have been playing the game for a short amount of time now and have been enjoying it immensely.

I have one question.

Are there weather effects in the game? I have not seen any weather since I started playing and was curious.

Thanks in advance.

That Guild Wars 2 login screen knocked up my wife. Must be the second coming!

I don't think so, if so, it's not really noticeable, except in eastern misty mountains it's always snowing, and the occasional blizzard.

You should at least be seeing rain occasionally.  The weather effects are most pronounced in the Misty Mountaisn and Forechel.   In fact in Forechel during a big blizzard visibility gets cut down a lot.  It can make finding your quest targets more challenging.

I think it's a cool touch.  I'd like to see weather that actaully impacts your gameplay in more zones, personally.

I don't want to write this, and you don't want to read it. But now it's too late for both of us.

There is alot of weather effects! Rain and thunder is pretty common.. In beta when they introduced the lightning storms people went crazy because they couldnt play ouside because of all the bright flashes! that was awesome :D

In some zones its snowing at times and then you have the huge blizzards that you can get lost in (I do that alot...)

And dont forget the rainbow in the Shire ;)

    and WAR = Led Zeppelin

yes, along with the snow, I've seen rain and lighting.  I've heard the thunder too, but you have to have one of the sounds up to hear it (sorry I forget which one).
