As topic says, would this game be of interest to a pve:er who likes the setting and the idea of a shipbased MMO, but who don't like pvp at all?

If you hate PvP, I suggest you avoid. PvE missions are occasionally interrupted by PvP bubbles, and the missions get repetitive after a while.
The only content in this game, to speak of, is PvP for PvP's sake.
