ArcadeGame Induced Seizures at Level 53

Alright, I remember doing a lot of research about this game like 3 to 4 years ago.
Somebody brought it up today and asked me if I knew what game it was that Induces a seizure when you hit a certain level.
I cannot remember what the title of the game was, my first guess was Tron.
But, the last time I researched it I found tons of information on the damn thing. Now I find nothing.
Anybody else have a clue?
